How to Enter: To enter, complete the entry form with all required information, which requires you to consent to receive promotional communications from ZARGES and all the partner organizations listed above under “Prizes” (Note: You can unsubscribe from receiving such communications at any time without impacting your chances of winning in this Contest). The Draw: Contest winner will be drawn at random based upon the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be contacted by e-mail and will receive instructions for claiming his/her prize. To claim, the winner must email ZARGES at promo@zargesusa.com no later than 7 calendar days after receiving the instructions. Should the winner fail to do so, ZARGES reserves the right to award the prize to another potential winner drawn at random. A delivery-failure notice from a winner’s mail server may disqualify the entry. For the purposes of these rules, the “participant” is the person whose name appears on the entry form. If selected, the prize will only be awarded to the “participant.”

Eligibility: This contest is open to U.S. residents of all 50 states ages 21 and over, except employees of the organizer, its parent, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and any other companies engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this sweepstakes. No purchase necessary.

General Conditions: All electronic entries are subject to verification by the contest organizers. Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. If such an entry is drawn, another will be selected. All organizers’ decisions are final. Prizes will be awarded “as is” and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for money. If, for reasons beyond the organizers’ control, a prize cannot be awarded as described, the organizers reserve the right to substitute another prize of equivalent value or, at their discretion, the cash value of the prize. Winners have 7 days from the date the notification email was sent to claim their prize; otherwise, prizes will be reallocated or re-drawn. To be declared a winner, the participant must (i) meet eligibility requirements; (ii) prove identity with valid photo ID if requested; and (iii) sign a waiver if required. By entering, winners release the organizers and partners from liability for damages arising from acceptance or use of prizes. Contest organizers are not responsible for technical failures, incomplete transmissions, or other issues that may limit participation.
