All foam parts for Zarges cases are cut on a high-precision CNC waterjet to ensure an exacting fit.

Our ½” thick black/gray polyethylene foam lines all six interior surfaces of the case to provide an additional layer of protection. Our installation team will carefully place each panel. Please allow an additional three days for installation.
Foam Fill, DIY
Customize your foam liner and snugly protect your most sensitive items with layers of black/gray polyethylene foam. It is simple to install the foam and create custom cavities for your cargo. Learn more about installation here.
Fully Custom Foam
Our experts will work with you to craft a completely bespoke case for your most delicate possessions. The Custom Foam Package includes:
Collaboration with a Zarges design engineer to develop a solution for your needs. Up to six custom cavities in a single layer of foam are included. Additional cavities or trays may be quoted.
Receive a 3D rendering of your custom interior, and a physical foam sample to ensure the design is exactly how you want it.
Following your review of the sample, Zarges will implement one modification to the design. Additional modifications may require a separate estimate.
You can secure the case either by using a ¼” (or less) shackle lock on the latch hasp or by utilizing the integrated lock option. Please refer to the security accessories section for more details.
