A ZARGES K420 aluminum shipping and storage case can hold almost anything: tools and sensitive devices, photography and video equipment, documents and paperwork, electronic components, sports and camping equipment, and more. Available in five sizes, featuring a seal on the lid to keep out moisture and dust, fully welded solid profile section joints and sturdy aluminum construction.

Aluminum Box K420
The ZARGES K420 is available in five different sizes, each with a fully sealed lid to keep out dust and moisture, made from solid profile sections that are fully welded at the joints, and locks integrated into the latches. The two smallest models have one handle on the front of the case; the others feature two, one on each side.
There are a variety of accessories designed to enhance the usefulness, security, and mobility of the K420, including dividers, pockets, padlocks, seals, casters, dollies, and foam inserts (some accessories may not fit all case SKUs). ZARGES can install a custom foam lining to your specifications, as well as custom finishes and branding for the exterior.
Strong and roomy, the cases are suitable for a variety of uses, including documents, cameras, electronic devices, camping and sports equipment, tools, samples and more. The K420 aluminum case is especially suited for small businesses and individual consumers who need secure storage and transport from a light duty case at a lower price. The case omits some features of our heavier-duty cases: integrated stacking corners, lid straps, full side beading and UN Certification for Hazardous Material Transport are not available.

What level of IP protection do Zarges containers provide?
Zarges containers offer varying degrees of impermeability, designated by IP protection categories. For instance, the K470 series provides protection against water spray (IP 54), while other models like the Mitraset or K470 IP 65 offer protection against water jets (IP 65). Some containers are even immersion-proof or moisture vapor-proof (IP 67).
Are Zarges cases lockable?
Yes, Zarges cases are lockable. Models like the K470, K424 XC, and K475 can be secured with a 6 mm shackle lock or a 3 mm seal wire. Additionally, Zarges offers TSA-approved shackle locks with a 3-digit combination, allowing TSA agents to open them without causing damage.
What temperature ranges can Zarges cases withstand?
Zarges cases are rated to operate in extreme temperatures, ranging from -112°F to 302°F, ensuring durability in various environments.
Can Zarges cases be carried on airplanes?
Yes, Zarges cases are ATA 300 certified, and many are available in sizes suitable for carry-on luggage. However, please note that battery applications may be an exception.
What accessories are available for Zarges aluminum cases?
