Two ZARGES cart families, both anodized aluminum: corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and built on solid profile frames. The W105 is an enclosed cupboard on wheels for protected, hygienic storage and transport of tools, laundry, food and more. The W161 has a spring-loaded floor that rises as you unload it, so the load stays at a comfortable working height.
W105 · Sealed, Lockable Doors
Two doors open a full 270° and close against a seal built into the frame, keeping dust out and damping noise. The central lock can be fitted with a seal for transport.
W105 · Washdown-Ready Interior
Smooth inside, with no undercuts or hard-to-reach corners, so the cart can go through a washdown system. The inside dimensions are the true clearance.
W105 · Seven Configurations
Seven standard configurations, from 36.6″ to 54.7″ long, on two swivel and two fixed rubber-tired casters. Custom fittings and options are available by request.
W161 · Constant Working Height
The spring-loaded floor rises as the load gets lighter, so no one has to bend to reach the bottom. Made for laundries, goods logistics, libraries and food service.
W161 · Adjustable Spring Force
Swap the lifting springs to match what you carry, from 66 to 430 lb in 33 lb steps depending on the cart. The floor stays level even when it is loaded on one side.
W161 · Casters for Tight Spaces
5″ non-marking rubber casters on bearings, with thread guards, set toward the center so the cart turns in confined spaces. Part 40645 rolls on four corner-mounted swivel casters.
