What items are returnable?

New products purchased directly from ZARGES may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in unused, undamaged, unaltered condition in original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

Gift cards and discounted/sale items cannot be returned.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within seven days of the delivery date with photos.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refund requests are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Is there a restocking fee?

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, excluding shipping and handling charges.

What if I bought from a reseller?

If your product was purchased through a ZARGES reseller, your return must be initiated through the same reseller.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Damage caused by natural wear and tear, improper handling, or modification

Defects on products fitted with unauthorized parts or subject to improper repair

Defects caused by failure to observe use instructions, improper use, or excessive loads

Minor cosmetic deviations that do not significantly impact product value or fitness for use

Damages incurred during shipment not noted to the shipping company at time of delivery
