All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by ZARGES. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or export control restrictions, and will notify you if this occurs.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. Payment is processed at time of order through our secure payment provider.

Shipping, Warranty & Returns

Shipping timelines, warranty coverage, and return/refund terms are governed by our Warranty & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Export Control & Government Sales

ZARGES Inc. is registered with the DDTC under ITAR. Certain products, configurations, or accessories may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or other US export control laws.

By placing an order, you represent that you are not a prohibited or restricted party under US law, and that you will not export, re-export, or transfer any ZARGES product in violation of applicable export control regulations. Government and military procurement is subject to additional terms as agreed in the applicable purchase order or contract.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, product images, and the ZARGES® name and marks, is owned by ZARGES Inc. or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARGES DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZARGES Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
