The casters work as expected. I use the casters to navigate from car to baggage claim, then I take them off and put them in the case for the flight. After the flight I navigate to an uber then to my job as needed. Zargus needs a TSA lock solution. Currently they don’t. It makes the need to buy another lock and have another key. Not great.
The casters are strong and roll easily. I have one set swivel and the other set straight. It makes a solution where I put my other cases on top without the need for a separate dolly system. Given the amount that the case gets beaten up in airports I might not go this route again. The aluminum doesn’t take the hits as well as plastic even thought it’s heavier.
Zarges cases are bar none the best out there. Solid and built with impeccable quality. The seal is secure and water tight and the latch systems robust. The straight walls optimize useable space and don’t create wasted voids like in tapered wall containers. Love this case.
Have not set it up yet to what the needs are this is my third one. Cry once when you purchase something of quality.
very nice cases a little heavy for airline travel as these days the airlines are charging for any extra that they can.
Well made. Right size for tools. Adding foam liner reduced noise when transporting. Pricey.

Best tool box I have owned. Hauled my blacksmith tools to another shop for another class last week. Think it will put up with the abused just fine
I wish I had known about these years ago, so much better than having to lift the box onto a dolly. They are incredible smooth, one thing that is missing is some kind of weight limit advice in the literature.
Fit and finish is top notch. Have not used it yet but did pack it with camp cooking stuff. Looking forward to many adventures with it
The IP65 upgrade is definitely good to put in your box for your precious metal. If you want to protect from the elements

Can handle some weight! Definitely have it loaded down and it holds up ! I’ll be purchasing another box when I can. Not sure what size yet but I’ll get another. Worth the price. As long as you know you’ll be using it daily . I travel for work and it has helped out a lot .
Definitely wasn’t sure what to expect. The price on these aren’t cheap. But after one trip with it filled, I am impressed.
